Summary

There is currently a Intern/Aide research opportunity in the Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacologylab at Baylor College of Medicine.

Job Duties

  • Site directed mutagenesis
  • Protein expression and purification in bacterial and eukaryotic expression systems
  • Isolation and extraction of small molecules tightly associated with integral membrane proteins and apply mass spectrometry to identify the small molecules.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate (or equivalent secondary education) or enrolled in an institution of higher education.
