Position Title Adjunct Faculty - Graduate Education, Leadership, and Counseling
Position Description
The Department of Graduate Education, Leadership, and Counseling at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor of Education Leadership and/or Curriculum and Instruction for the Summer II Semester beginning July 1, 2024. This position is to teach Curriculum and Instruction for Diverse Learners and/or other related classes.
Position Requirements
  • Candidates will have an earned doctoral degree in a related area such as PreK-12 education, curriculum and instruction, and/or education leadership.
  • We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated expertise in online learning.
  • We are seeking a candidate who is committed to infusing multicultural issues across the curriculum. 
Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience
  • Applicants should be experienced with, and committed to, working with the diverse population within our program. Candidates with a demonstrated commitment supportive of the multicultural needs of Rider University and the surrounding community are highly desired.
  • Candidates with previous experience or expertise in teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, and/or
  • Candidates with experience leading PreK-12 programs and/or schools.
