Job Description

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our research team in the Department of Translational Hematology and Oncology Research at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.  Our NIH funded research program is focused on studying mechanisms that underliethe susceptibility of tumors to radiotherapy, clinicalresearch on newtreatments andtranslationalresearchto combinethese approachestoimprove the outcomes of cancer patients 

Our multi-faceted research program includes experts in computational, murine and cellular biology. We are seeking to augment our depth by hiring a dynamic scientist who enjoys working in a trans-disciplinary team environment with multi-faceted mentorship and career development opportunities.

Recent Ph.D. graduates or postdoctoral fellows with a background in molecular, cell and murine biology are encouraged to apply. The candidate should have a publication record demonstrating hands-on experimental expertise and experience in several labs skills including but not limited to: primary human cell culture, PCR, Western blotting, CRISPR, high-content cellular profiling and several murine tasks (breeding, genotyping, xenografting, administration of drugs [I.P. or by gavage] and radiation, et cetera).

Proficiency in spoken and written English are also required.
