Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from a four-year college or university with nine semester hours in programming and one year of experience in business application consulting or development. Experience in the field of work related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. License/Certification Required
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation from a four-year college or university with Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree and three years of experience in business application implementation, consulting and development.
- Administration and development experience with WebFocus
- Implementation and administration experience with an EDMS system, preferably Docuware or Fortis
- Experience with Ellucian Banner
- Experience with Oracle SQL
- General knowledge of systems security
- Ability to develop training materials and present in front of a group
- Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with ITS staff and client community to resolve reporting, security and application software problems. Plan, develop and implement training for staff in the use of current reporting tools in use by the University. Provide all aspects of reporting support to staff. Provide administration and support of Electronic Document Management System.

Physical Demands of Position
Work for this office requires a predominance of computer workstation use. Thus applicants must be able to spend long periods of time at a workstation. Other tasks are performed in an office setting, which requires the ability to perform normal office functions such as, telephone communications, filing, etc. It may, however, include light lifting, etc. to store office supplies or to prepare for training programs or special projects that require delivery of training materials or movement of tables, chairs or other light furniture. This person must be able to navigate campus to meet with clients and lead training programs.
