Job Description

The laboratory of Dr. Marco Davila is seeking to hire a Postdoc Fellow. The project is the development of multi-antigened targeted anti-cancer T cell therapies. The outcome of this research will be a clinical trial for patients with cancer. The PI for the laboratory is a physician-scientist with laboratory and clinical research expertise in adoptive T cell therapies.

Position Highlights:
• The Postdoctoral fellow will direct their own research project and collaborate with other researchers in the laboratory.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in cellular and/or molecular immunology, flow cytometry, viral production and tissue culture techniques is required.
• Ability in working independently and collaboratively with lab staff is essential.
• Experience with animal handling and models.

Responsibilities:
• Will assist with hands-on experimentation
• Will supervise post-doctoral fellows and graduate students
• Will present data at lab meetings and national/international meetings.

Credentials and Qualifications:
Applicant must have a Ph.D. or M.D., and a solid background in Immunology and/or immunotherapy and a track record of accomplishments.
