Job Description

Job Summary The Office of Research Compliance is seeking candidates for an Administrative Support Specialist - Admin position which involves a high level administrative and technical support to the designated compliance unit and review committee(s). Work involves daily operations in the compliance office; interacting with faculty and students on matters concerning the use of human subjects in research; providing information about current federal regulations and changes in policies and regulations; and interacting with outside agencies/offices.
Minimum Qualifications Entry into the applicant pool requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus four (4) years of experience in administrative support services. The salary range for Level I is $22,300 - $37,200.

Level II requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six (6) years of experience in administrative support services. The salary range for Level II is $25,000 - $41,700.

Employer will consider advanced degrees in lieu of experience, at a rate of 1 year of relevant education per year of required experience.
