Administrative Assistant needed July 22-August 2 Hours : 9a-3p Prefer candidate that has worked at SMC previously. 1-2 day orientation provided if necessary Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the Director, maintain Gael calendar 2. Answer phones 3. Appointment scheduling 4. Retrieve and process office mail and email 5. Coordinate new student records 6. Review incoming Medical History Forms for completeness 7. Contact students by phone or email for incomplete forms 8. Consult with insurance company, insurance broker, or Business Office for insurance waiver process Special projects as requested by Director

Experience and Qualifications:

Current college student or graduate.
Some Saint Mary's experience is highly desirable.
Good customer service skills.
Strong writing skills and attention to details.
