Summary

The Section of Diabetes and Endocrinology is seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team.  Provides administrative support to 8 - 10 faculty to help fulfill a variety of educational, research, clinical, and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilties
  • Provides administrative support to 8 - 10 faculty to help fulfill a variety of educational, research, clinical, and administrative operations.
  • Manages calendars, scheduling requests, time-off requests, and travel requests.
  • Coordinates meetings and secures meeting locations/rooms and other logistics.
  • Processes travel and other reimbursements (i.e. license renewals and exams).
  • Initiates check requests, cash requests, and purchase orders.
  • May assist with special projects as requested by the faculty and approved by the Section's administrator.
  • Assists designated faculty in attaining goals and objectives in their respective areas.
  • Communicates and interprets BCM policy.
  • May research and resolve problems and issues in SAP.
  • Manages the filing and maintenance of correspondence, faculty licenses, and other records.
  • May develop and maintain databases and data forms.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • Required: High school graduate/GED.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
  • Required: Five years of directly relevant administrative experience.

Registration:
  • Required: None.
