Other minimum qualifications
• Master’s degree in education, counseling, or related student-service area.
• Two years of experience in academic counseling, post-secondary career planning and placement, or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication techniques.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a college/university advising office with specific knowledge of pre-professional health advising.
• Experience working with a wide range of college students, including those from different cultures.
