Posting Summary
Provide general office and operational support and records maintenance for administrative areas in the department, with supervision from Chair and Department Administrative Coordinator. Act as first point of contact for walk-in, telephone and electronic inquiries. Maintain student/department records on Banner, social media and department web pages, assist in coordination and execution of department events. Compile directories and order supplies. Supervise student employees.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Experience with databases, mail merge, spreadsheets required. Ability to effectively work in an environment with frequent interruptions required. Effective customer service skills with a strong sense of inclusion for people of diverse communities required.
