Job Description

Job Purpose

Under general supervision, performs administrative support duties of moderate complexity.

Job Responsibilties
  • Types and proofreads a variety of forms, correspondence, and other documents from rough notes and drafts.
  • Organize, screen, and prioritize mail; answers questions and furnishing information on behalf of supervisor.
  • Makes travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Schedules appointments for manager or head of the organizational unit.
  • Copy and file documents.
  • Process various personnel and financial transactions in SAP.
  • Run various reports.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Required: Three years of relevant experience.
