Responsibilities
Conduct and assist with general genomics experiments and data analysis under the direction of principal investigator.



Specific responsibilities include purifying DNA samples, analyzing PCR samples from mice, generating NGS libraries, and analyzing NGS data.



Assist with routine maintenance of Dr. Yingtao Zhao’s lab.



Order and monitor research supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Science or related area.



Must have knowledge of Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics, or Computer Science.



Field of expertise in bioinformatics is preferred.



Basic laboratory such as pipetting, making solutions, PCR for genotyping and programing skills including Python, Perl, R, or Linux is preferred.
