Job Summary
The Department of Accounting invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Accounting beginning August, 2020. The candidate’s preferred teaching interests should be in either Managerial Accounting or Accounting Information Systems.



The candidate is required to have a minimum of an active CPA or CMA license. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to high quality teaching and service. Position is contingent upon available funding and satisfactory background check.



The Department of Accounting includes seven full-time faculty and an administrative assistant. Our mission is to advance the lives of our students in their chosen accounting career. We offer both an undergraduate degree in accounting as well as a post baccalaureate in Accounting. Our program ranks in the upper 15th percentile for first time CPA pass rates for medium sized schools. Purdue Fort Wayne has recently been reaffirmed as an AACSB International accredited university.
