The Associate Director for Recreation Revenue will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue generation in Campus Recreation including facility rentals, sponsorships, advertising, new memberships, and recreation camps. This person will help manage fundraising through events, team activities, and donor solicitations. This person will oversee the recruitment process for Club Sports, and coordinate with Admissions and Financial Aid when prospective students are identified.

1. Develop a sponsorship/advertising plan for Campus Recreation using facility spaces and equipment. Create decks of inventory to pitch to businesses.

2. Oversee and manage recreation facility rentals including JARC activity spaces, Pat Vincent Field, Recreation Turf Field, and Saint Mary's Stadium.

3. Develop a new membership plan to increase the number of affiliate members.

4. Oversee and manage a recreation camp program including developing new recreation camps aligned with current club and intramural sports such as, but not limited to All Sports Camp, Rugby Camp, Lacrosse Camp, Flag Football Camp, etc.

5. Help manage Club Sport fundraising through events, team activities, and donor solicitations.

6. Oversee and manage an overall Club Sport recruitment and retention program. Identify prospective club sport athletes and coordinate with Admissions and Financial Aid throughout the process.

This position is a revenue dependent role and will be re-evaluated in 2 years for continued funding.

Experience and Qualifications
Education: REQUIRED: Bachelor's PREFERRED: Master's

Experience: 3 years of work experience required. Experience in events and marketing highly desired. Sports fundraising experience highly desired.

Skills/Abilities: Strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of fundraising. Ability to plan and execute a recruiting program.
