Summary

Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine Section - Physician

Baylor College of Medicine/Harris Health System seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician with formal training in Geriatrics.

Job Duties

The position would serve a specialty geriatrics population in the housecalls setting, ambulatory geriatrics clinic, and inpatient geriatrics consultation service at the Harris Health System. 

The role requires immersion in interprofessional and team-oriented care with students and trainees from a range of health professions.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate would also have formal training in Geriatric Medicine (Board Certified/Board Eligible), including training with home based medical care. Opportunities for Education, Clinical Research and Quality Improvement are available. Rank and salary commensurate with experience.
