Description:Per course adjunct faculty for the Doctorate in Educational Leadership program's course, EDAD 615-01.

EDAD 615-01 - Learning and Leading

June 12, June 26, July 10, Fridays, 6:00pm - 10:00pm

June 13, June 27, July 11, Saturdays, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Educational leadership means creating the kind of learning environment that can lead to change and growth of individuals and organizations. Building on themes introduced in previous courses, this course will explore theories and practices that foster the knowledge and dispositions to create such environments. This is not a course in Curriculum and Instruction. Rather, it examines current challenges leaders face and how they can work more effectively in a variety of settings


Earned Doctorate

Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, especially theories of Robert Kegan

Willingness and experience with online and remote teaching strategies

Experience teaching at the doctoral level
