POSITION SUMMARY:
The department of Management and Human Resources prepares people for careers in entrepreneurship, leadership and/or human resources. Our progressive curriculum based on current research is taught by award-winning faculty. Degree programs are designed to create superior educational experiences for undergraduate, masters, and PhD students. Areas of faculty expertise and research include compensation, entrepreneurship, human resources, motivation, workforce diversity, organizational learning and innovation, and strategy.

DEGREE AND AREA OF SPECIALIZATION:
Bachelor's degree required in Management & Human Resources or in related discipline, Master's degree preferred.

MINIMUM YEARS AND TYPE OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Management & Human Resources related field preferred but not required. Prior experience teaching online courses is preferred.
