Job Description

Job Purpose

Programmer Analyst I under immediate supervision, performs analysis of requirements, system design, programming, testing, implementation, problem solving, enhancements and required maintenance.

Job Duties
  • Meets with users to discuss requirements.
  • Designs, codes, tests, and debugs programs.
  • Creates necessary test data and tests programs.
  • Prepares all necessary program documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • No experience required.
     
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Java Certification 
  • Experience developing web applications with JavaScript, Node JS, JSON, HTML, CSS, AJAX and related technologies 
  • Experience with Object Oriented JavaScript Frameworks (VUE, Polymer, React, Angular, Ember, Dojo, Node etc.)
