- Program Support Supervisor – Radiation Oncology
§ Job Summary
§ Based in the Radiation Oncology Department, the Program Support Supervisor position supports the Department Chair, Vice Chair, & Chief of Faculty Physics. This position works closely with the unique functions and responsibilities associated with the Chair’s additional duties, including V.P., Chief Partnership Officer, and Deputy Physician in Chief for the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG). This position supervises the day to day work of the administrative staff, reporting ultimately to the Manager of Technical Operations/Practice Manager.

§ Demonstrates a high degree of technical competence, intrapersonal skill, and independent critical thinking, attention-to-detail and decision-making.
§ Clinical administrative professional with the ability to appropriately coordinate and handle sensitive and confidential information
§ Credentials and Qualifications:
§ Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in an office, academic, or healthcare setting, with one (1) year proven supervisory experience; Bachelor's Degree required
§ Requires knowledge of office processes, work flows, and advanced MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
§ Excellent verbal/written communication skills & organization skills, familiarity with medical terminology and clinic/business office organization protocols and procedures
§ High level of organization and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
