Introduction to Psychology introduces students to the science of how people think, feel, and behave. The course explores classic and contemporary research on such topics as the biological aspects of behavior; cognitive, personality, social, cultural, and developmental psychology; and psychopathology. Through the use of the scientific method, students will learn how psychology informs our understanding of what it means to be human.

This course is held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:45 - 3:50 pm during the fall 2020 term.

Qualifications: Qualified instructors must possess an M.A., M.S., Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology. A Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology is highly preferable. Qualified candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and familiarity/experience with online/hybrid instruction.
