Saint Mary's College of California invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty member (per-course adjunct) in Management.

Faculty Responsibilities:

The faculty member will teach the following course:

131 Managing and Leading in Organizations

The study of the structure, functioning, and performance of organizations, and the impact of psychological, sociological and economic variables on the behavior of groups and individuals within them. Topics include motivation, leadership, decision-making, power and influence, group and team dynamics, conflict resolution, creativity and innovation, organizational change, and managing across cultures.


Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field, OR

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
