Summary

Baylor College of Medicine's (BCM) Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the Baylor Medicine practice are seeking to hire a full-time, board-certified Otolaryngology and fellowship trained Rhinologist at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Job Duties
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure comprehensive, timely, and high quality patient care services with maximum operating efficiency.
  • Participate in college, hospital, and community outreach activities to promote the Department, Division, and BCM.
  • Ensure safe and effective care to patients adhering to BCM's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide otolaryngology call coverage for Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and other affiliates.
  • Support department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Serve as preceptor, mentor, and resource for staff and learners.
  • Attend required department, college, and hospital professional meetings.
