Position Summary:

The IT Integration Analyst supports existing technology solutions by developing integrations between a wide variety of products and systems. This person will work with vendors, consultants, and employees at all levels of the college to gather integration requirements, develop and evaluate potential solutions, plan and implement the selected solution, and test and evaluate the efficacy of the integration. Additionally, this person will monitor and administer access to systems in accordance with established guidelines and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:


Works with vendors and/or consultants to understand system capabilities and limitations
Works with customers to identify business goals and possible solutions to meet those goals
Develops integration solutions that connect together two or more systems, services, or technologies
Creates and maintains documentation for systems and processes
Assists with the creation of end-user documentation and desk manuals
Creates interfaces for viewing, editing, and deleting data
Writes queries using relational database concepts
Understands coding/scripting concepts well enough to follow flow and logic
Project Planning & Execution
Analyzes college business needs and defines strategies for meeting those needs
Contributes to the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines
Uses standard information technology tools to track project work
Delivers technology solutions on time and on budget
Technical Troubleshooting
Identifies and resolve issues with college-wide technology systems
Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with college applications
Communicates technical information to college employees using written and verbal communication
Security Management
Processes requests for system access for college-wide computing systems
Revokes access to systems according to established practices
Maintains accurate records of security-related transactions
User Interface Development & Testing
Implements and maintains web-based applications and reports according to college and departmental standards
Applies user interface standards based on industry best practices and college style guidelines
Guides users through testing and approval processes
Supports web applications and reports

Minimum Qualifications:

A combination of education and paid information technology work experience equal to five (5) years


Associate degree from an accredited institution in the area of computer science, information systems, project management, or a related field
