Job Summary

HUECU is seeking a Digital Operations Assistant to support our growing digital banking operations. This role will be responsible for supporting the operational effectiveness of our digital banking, mobile apps and online account opening. Will be expected to provide backup and coverage for other eCommerce operational duties as needed.

Under the direction of the Digital Operations Manager, will manage support tickets with multiple vendors, requiring significant follow-up and self-motivation. This role will coordinate between our Support Center and our digital team to ensure timely and successful resolution for issues impacting our members’ digital banking experience.

Job-Specific Responsibilities

Supports digital banking issues impacting members
Facilitates communication between the Support Center and the broader digital product team
Assists with the daily opening and funding of new online accounts
Researches known issues impacting the broader digital experience as needed
Updates process and procedure documentation, as well as internal guides, for digital products
Process testing of eCommerce platforms to audit various systems upgrades
Assists with processing daily ACH files as necessary
Act as backup for balancing of ATM deposits as needed
Performs various administrative and other duties to support the department

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma
A minimum of two years related experience

Additional Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Digital proficiency, including modern desktop and mobile devices
Must be comfortable with occasional remote work and/or non-traditional hours in support of operational requirements as needed
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
Direct experience with financial services operations
Previous customer service experience preferred
Familiar with Jira ticketing software
