Minimum Qualifications
Two or more years experience in marching band leadership at the university, DCI, or WGI levels, including percussion composition and arranging

License/Certification Required

Essential Job Functions
Compose/arrange as needed for front ensemble instrumentation;
Attend scheduled class rehearsals;
Coordinate additional rehearsal schedules for front ensemble as needed;
Assist with supervision and coordination of game day, playoff, and bowl game performances;
Responsible for the maintenance and care of front ensemble equipment;
Attend staff meetings as needed;
Oversee the proper security and storage of all equipment;
Assist planning and run clinic and audition dates in the spring semester;
Manage Social Media for Front Ensemble

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in music from an accredited institution. Prior Experience performing for DCI/WGI/Large University front ensemble. Experience writing/teaching successful DCI/WGI/University/High School front ensemble.

Work Schedule/Hours
TBD based on rehearsal and football game schedules.
