Job Description

Job Purpose

Provide support to Executive Director of Business Operations on project based initiatives. This position also works with the Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group on business activities and process employment contracts for BCM.

Job Duties
  • Manages projects assigned to optimize operational efficiency as necessary.
  • Reports weekly to Executive Director on project status.
  • Works with clinic faculty for BSLMG on employment agreements and process payments.
  • Coordinates with clinical departments, administration, and outside vendors to facilitate clinic transitions and growth for Baylor College of Medicine.
  • Analyzes project goals, plans schedule of deadlines for project completion, and develops action plan and processes for project completion.
  • Reviews “lessons learned” and implements changes to improve future projects.
  • Presents progress to administration as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
