Are you an experienced and influential professional working at a senior level with experience of delivering organisational wide IT change programmes? Can you lead and collaborate with colleagues at all levels to deliver exceptional IT solutions?
The University has an ambitious strategy to deliver a step-change in the volume, quality and impact of its research, in addition to maintaining excellence in student education, and growing student education income. The provision of high quality end-to-end business processes and robust planning, forecasting and reporting are key enablers for these ambitions to be achieved.
Two transformative programmes of work; Corporate Processes and Systems Programme and Student Lifecycle Programme have been initiated to improve the business processes and supporting systems managed across key areas of the University. These processes and systems provide vital support to the delivery of the University’s teaching, research and other activity.
Working closing with the IT Executive Team and working with members of the University Executive Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of these key strategic programmes, acting as the senior IT partner responsible and accountable for delivering the specialist leadership skills to facilitate and lead transformational IT change across these programmes and projects in order to achieve the associated strategic outcomes.
As Senior IT Programme Manager you will own and be accountable for IT’s strategic partnership with the business and overall delivery of the IT elements of ambitious and complex programmes of change, providing the leadership skills to oversee the effective delivery of transformative customer focused IT systems and services.
