Job Description

Job Purpose

Provides administrative support for office of Institutional Advancement office leadership team. Position will also provide operational support for the department function area.

Job Duties

  • Drafts documents/communications and prepares reports and presentations.  
  • Looks up donor information in the database.
  • Provide fundraising support for AVP of Development.
  • Draft letters to donors on behalf of AVP of development.
  • Will work with support staff across the college to schedule meetings with other department leaders.
  • Managing calendar including meeting changes as needed. Assist in prioritizing meetings and adjusting as needed.
  • Making necessary travel arrangement, along with coordinating meetings during travel with outside parties.
  • Will be responsible for entering donor engagement information into our donor database, NXT. Possibly pulling donor contact information or other data from the system

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
