Responsibilities
The Club Sports Coach will work with Campus Recreation Staff to develop, promote and foster a positive team environment. Work with Campus Recreation Staff and Club Team Leaders to direct all aspects of the club sport including, recruiting, practice planning & implementation, competition scheduling & strategy, fundraising, marketing, working within a budget, and promoting academic success, and will;

• Build a positive and cohesive team culture.
• Develop practice plans and competition strategies.
• Work with Student Leaders on administrative functions for the program.
• Communicate with Campus Recreation Staff on administrative functions for the program including scheduling, marketing, eligibility, fundraising, travel, budgeting, purchasing, etc.

Experience and Qualifications
Experience:
2-3 years of high school, club, or collegiate sport. 1-2 years of coaching experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities:
Written and verbal skills, ability to abide by all of the college and department policies and procedures.
