The Business/Administrative Associate serves as the primary fiscal officer for the Office of Educational Outreach (OEO). The Business/Administrative Associate will manage, track, and analyze all fiscal information for the unit, and will develop and manage fiscal reports for analysis and decision making for program development and delivery. The selected candidate will audit and monitor ledgers and accounts for the unit and perform maintenance to create or eliminate budget lines; reconcile reports from outside agencies and operating units; assist with the setting up efficient tracking systems for serving fiscal and performance metrics for credit and non-credit activities; and support university credit card monitoring/ spending as well as other department expenditures. Additionally, the Business/Administrative Associate will represent the office on all budget-related committees and support anti-racism efforts within OEO and the broader community served by OEO.
