This secondment opportunity is open to employees of the University of Leeds employed within the Student Education Service only
Are you committed to delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience of developing, leading and managing a team, effectively planning and directing resources to meet key priorities and challenges?
Reporting to the Head of Student Support, you will work in close partnership with a range of professional services and academic leaders within the University to shape, develop and deliver a first-class enquiry service for students, and to ensure that they can access the information and resources they need. Key to the role is a commitment to service excellence, as outlined by the Service Excellence Framework quality standards, the ability to devise and implement innovative and practical solutions for service delivery, and a talent for building good working relationships and trusted, positive partnerships. You will be capable of bringing a range of stakeholders together and influencing them to ensure alignment of activities to meet strategic priorities. You will establish a culture of continuous improvement and will identify and implement opportunities to streamline and harmonise processes, to raise quality standards and work towards a sector leading student enquiry service.
As Business Lead, you will act as the day-to-day lead for the service as it develops towards 2020-2021, working closely with the Student Lifecycle Programme team.
