In order to best serve our clients and our community, The Vinod Chachra IMPACT Lab at Radford University is seeking two dynamic, self-motivated and results driven Business Development Managers. We cultivate relationships and grow enrollment by serving adult learners in through our innovative Competency-Based Education (CBE) programs in high demand and high growth sectors such as cybersecurity, geospatial intelligence and education.

Required Qualifications
Radford University’s Vinod Chachra IMPACT Lab is seeking interested candidates who are:
● Competitive, enthusiastic, collaborative, self‐motivated, resourceful, and persistent with careful attention to detail.
● Skillful at building strong relationships with team members and customers.
● Demonstrated achievement in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
● Experienced at using social media tools to raise awareness and engagement with an initiative.
● Proficient with technology proficiency and have a strong working knowledge of the internet, mobile technologies, and computer applications and business systems.
● Results oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Highly competent in organizational and time management skills.
● Able to travel.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with generating and qualifying business leads.
● Experience with the process of researching and developing sales solutions that address a customer’s needs.
● Experience with cultivating business relationships, strategic partnerships, marketing, and/or generating revenue.
● One to five years of experience in a related field
