Job Description
OHIO Athletics is a dynamic team of student-athletes, coaches and administrators with a vision to demonstrate unprecedented excellence in athletics, academics and student-athlete development. Our championship culture provides a foundation for all students to grow as a person, student and athlete.

This position is responsible for coordinating, managing, organizing, and monitoring all day-to-day aspects of the women’s basketball program. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating all team travel while ensuring that arrangements are compliant with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations, maintains and reconciles all records and documentation related to group travel; coordinates all logistics related to student-athlete meals and lodging during winter intersession and home competitions; manages various scheduling duties; manages the program’s budget; assists with on-campus recruiting activities and serves as a liaison with university departments and external agencies; serve as video coordinator; camp coordinator and oversight of student employees. Oversees student-athlete academic status.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of Division I collegiate women’s basketball experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
