We are looking to appoint a Professor to deliver world-class research and inspirational teaching and supervision in the field of Energy Metabolism and the Microbiome. A core purpose of the role is to integrate Food Science and Nutrition disciplines to increase mechanistic understanding of how food and its components benefit human health.
