This role is open to current employees within the IT Service at the University of Leeds only.
Do you enjoy helping people with IT solutions? Are you passionate about IT and customer service? Do you have experience of working in a customer facing technical support role?
Working with colleagues across IT, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, effective, consistent service-wide delivery of software services to end-user devices/environments, including purchasing, licensing, packaging & deployment. You will also be accountable for the delivery and development of operational processes to ensure business requirements are met.
You will act as a point of expertise in relation to software service, providing advice and guidance to the customers and working collaboratively with colleagues across IT in the ongoing development of software licencing and asset standards, processes and procedures.
You will be able to work autonomously, managing your own workload and supporting colleagues by providing advice, guidance, mentoring and training as appropriate.
