Summary

The Office of the Provost and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Academic Affairs is seeking a Student Helper to assist in the Simulation Center - Procedural Skills Laboratory.  The Office of the Provost and SVP of Academic Affairs is responsible for the creation and implementation of academic programs and policies for Baylor College of Medicine and works closely with the academic departments, student services, faculty, and staff to ensure the highest quality of academic programs for undergraduate and graduate students. The Student Helper will need to have the flexibity to work various hour each week, including evenings. 
 

Job Duties

  • Cleans and organize storage space.
  • Cleans and organize supplies.
  • Cleans and organize lab space.
  • Sets up and clean up lab events.
  • Makes simulated suture pads
  • Tracks inventory
  • Has the ability to lift 50 pounds

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a High School or College Student (undergraduate or graduate).
  • No experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enrolled in college ( undergraduate or gradute)
  • Interest in pre-med or bioengeering educational track
