Summary

Assistant Coordinator, Business Operations will provide administrative support to research administration and clinical research teams. Our clinical trials focus on treatments and or vaccines for combating infectious diseases. Our current focus is on COVID-19 trials.

Job Duties

  • Answer main phone line.
  • Place supply orders for research and lab teams.
  • Distribute departmental mail.
  • Submit work orders for clinic and lab teams.  
  • Process cash requests.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Handle conference room reservations.
  • Train to serve as backup filing of regulatory documents in corresponding regulatory charts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • No experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of clerical experience.
