Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for using the data to design, create, and maintain analyses and reports and tools in support of clinical and business operations. Performs data analysis utilizing appropriate analytics methodologies and fosters data-driven decision-making by providing valuable consultative analytics support.

Job Duties

  • Provides financial due diligence on a wide range of business development strategies and opportunities.
  • Develops financial models/reports within Finance with direct impact on operational business analytical targets.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Reviews proforma and profit and loss statements to support clinical recruitment.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and maintaining proforma log and FTE updates.
  • Work closely with departments on matters that require explanation and interpretation such as proformas and presentations.
  • Prepares high quality documentation on business processes and workflows that follows established guidelines.
  • Assists in ad hoc reporting and other analytical support.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • VBA/Macro experience.
  • Financial Reporting experience.
  • Excel, PowerPoint experience.
