Description:Saint Mary's College of California and the School of Economics and Business Administration invite applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the assistant or associate level in Organizational Behavior, with secondary areas of teaching in Human Resource, starting fall 2022.

The faculty member will have opportunities to teach organizational behavior courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the School of Economics and Business Administration. Candidates who do research in the areas of teams or diversity would be preferred. Teaching responsibilities may also include other management areas and college-wide programs such as Collegiate Seminar and January Term. Teaching assignments at Saint Mary's College of California are primarily located at the central Moraga campus but may also involve teaching at satellite locations around the San Francisco Bay Area, and may include synchronous and asynchronous online instruction. The successful candidate will join a collegial community that produces, values, and supports cutting-edge research and scholarly contributions. All Saint Mary's faculty are expected to advise students and to contribute to the mission of the College, which is informed by and expressed through its Catholic, Lasallian, and liberal arts traditions.

The successful candidate must have (1) an earned doctorate in organizational behavior or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution, (2) a demonstrated record of scholarship in organizational behavior, especially research in teams and diversity, and in human resource, or a well-articulated plan for scholarship in organizational behavior, and (3) a demonstrated record of successfully teaching organizational behavior, human resource, and related topics. Candidates with professional business experience are preferred.
