Psychology of the Family provides a study of family dynamics and the influences which contribute to family dysfunction. Examination includes relationships between family patterns and childhood disorders.
This course will be taught in person, on campus, on Monday & Friday from 1:00 - 2:40 pm during the 2022 Spring term.
In addition to teaching, the instructor is expected to hold regular virtual office hours (a minimum of one hour per week) in order to provide students with support outside of the classroom.
Candidates must have an M.S., M.A. or Ph.D. in the relevant area of Psychology. A Ph.D. in Psychology is highly desirable. Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies.
