Provide administrative support to the Director of MuncieP3 in order to ensure a successful afterschool program at Longfellow Elementary School in Muncie, IN. 


The Ball State University Early Childhood Youth & Family Studies department welcomes applications for a temporary office assistant for the MP3 program at Longfellow Elementary School.  

Job Function:

Provide administrative support to the Director of MuncieP3 in order to ensure a successful afterschool program at Longfellow Elementary School in Muncie, IN. 

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Minimum Experience:

Ability to manage a variety of tasks.


Preferred Experience:

Experience working in school setting
Knowledge of, and experience working with, the community served by the afterschool 
program

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Director in recruiting and enrolling families.


  • Maintain files and records for afterschool program.
  • Monitor entryway during afterschool program.
  • Respond to parent inquiries and requests.
  • Organize registration and check-in for summer program.
  • Assist Program Director with other tasks as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance as required by this position.
