Do you have experience of teaching mathematics, statistics or financial mathematics at undergraduate or postgraduate level, with an established background in one of these fields? Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience at a research-intensive Russell Group University? Do you have a vision for transforming student education in the digital age 

 The School of Mathematics is looking for a talented Teaching Fellow to lead the transformation of student education. As a Teaching Fellow, you will deliver innovative teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. As well as teaching and assessment, you will also take the lead on the digital transformation aspect of the School's strategy, with a primary focus on student education.With a PhD in mathematics, statistics, financial mathematics or a closely related discipline, you will have a demonstrable ability to teach in at least one of these fields. You will have an enthusiastic and innovative approach to all aspects of student education, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to use technology effectively and innovatively in the preparation and delivery of blended learning material. You will also be interested in developing pedagogic research and scholarship in your discipline, and will be a member of the School's group of education scholars, Practice-based Research In Mathematics Education (PRiME).
