Summary

The section of Rheumatology at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Medicine is seeking a highly talented physician to help grow the Faculty Group Practice and the VA medical practice.

 

Responsibilities: Direct patient care-outpatient clinics at  Baylor Medicine and Michael Debakey VA medical center and inpatient consult service in affiliate hospitals. Does not require research responsibilities but encouraged. Renewing and meeting all required licenses and certification requirements. Familiarize with EPIC- electronic medical records and document all patient encounters as needed. Complete all documentation in a timely manner so that billing and other administrative tasks can happen smoothly to ensure a robust operational system. Maintaining credentialing at all times to ensure practice is not disrupted.
