Chair of the AREA Research Ethics Committee
Job Description
The AREA Research Ethics Committee covers the Faculties of Business, Environment and Social Sciences. The role of the Chair is open to academic members of staff employed by the University within one of these faculties. The Chair is normally a member of a School or Faculty executive, or a senior academic.
The role is on a 0.25 fte basis from 1 August 2022 until 31 July 2025. The role requires the agreement of the relevant Head of School and Dean and the successful candidate will be bought out on their existing grade and salary level.
Administrative and professional support from the Secretariat will be provided.
