Are you passionate about staff development? Do you have a pro-active attitude and experience of managing and coordinating staff?
This role provides important support for the overall management of the School. You will be leading one-off initiatives related to staff development, acting as joint Deputy Head of the School, and providing additional capacity and flexibility to support the School Management Team in strategic initiatives, particularly related to staff development.
The role will require you to work closely with and be supported by the Faculty HR manager and the Faculty HR team.
