Recruitment Coordinator

 

Essential Duties:

 

  1. Assist in development of a comprehensive recruitment program directed at prospective OU-Tulsa students in the Tulsa metropolitan area and greater northeast Oklahoma region. Develops targeted programs to involve alumni, faculty, staff and student representatives in the recruitment effort for OU-Tulsa.

 

  1. Attend targeted recruitment events targeted at graduate recruitment. This will includes specific time slots at each of the community college campuses each week to meet prospective transfer students.

 

  1. Work on programs to recruit OU alumni for degree completion and/or graduate & certificate programs for OU Tulsa

 

  1. Assist in development of comprehensive retention plan for OU-Tulsa, including collaboration with individual colleges.

 

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with local human resources professionals to educate them about OU-Tulsa educational opportunities for employees.

 

  1. Maintain and update Prospective Student website and program materials in coordination with Marketing & Communications in Tulsa

 

  1. Provide enrollment assistance to students in targeted programs

 

  1. Coordinate regular communication meetings with colleges to review recruitment and retention efforts. 

 

  1. Develop and present enrollment data and reports.

 

  1. Develop budget for campus-wide recruitment as well as work with colleges on targeted efforts.

 

  1. Performs related duties as assigned by Assistant Vice President for Academic  Operations.

Qualifications:

 

Required Education: 

  • Bachelors degree. Masters preferred

 

Skills: 

  • 36 months - Student recruitment (requirement may be met by equivalent combination of education and experience
