We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.

The Quality Control Tester & Documenter conducts a quality review of new and modified software application changes that are used within a large scale automated system using a structured user acceptance and quality assurance testing methodology.

This position may be eligible for remote or hybrid work.

This position requires a background check that involves a national search and fingerprint search to be eligible for employment. Results of the completed background check will be provided to the funding sponsor for their records.

 

Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree, AND: 

  • 24 months experience in quality improvement and compliance.

Equivalency/Substitution:  Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • System documentation skills: Ability to use standard MS Word template to document changes to screens, automated processes, user help screens, legal documents and letter templates
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments within strict deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a secure environment containing sensitive customer information
  • Ability to work under federal and state security rules and regulations

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to engage in repetitive motions including movements of the fingers, hands and wrists. Finger dexterity required. Ability to hear including receiving detailed information orally. Ability to speak including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others

Departmental Preferences:

  • Strong preference for applicants with at least a Bachelor's degree 
  • Strong preference for applicants with at least two years of Child Support Services experience in the area of finance or intergovernmental.
