The University of Oklahoma Price College of Business is currently building a comprehensive Executive Education portfolio that will offer open-enrollment and custom non-degree programs to organizations and individuals. Our programs are designed using modern learning principles, offered in-person and online, and geared to accelerate skill development and leadership transformation for our clients. We are currently in the process of implementing our strategic plan, programming and operating model and need a talented individual to help us launch this early-stage entrepreneurial initiative. The Program Manager will lead the operations and execution of open-enrollment and custom non-degree leadership and management development programs. This role will include project planning, budget development and reconciliation, faculty coordination, operational execution, and financial record keeping for each of the programs in the portfolio. The functional areas will cover Operations, Project Management, Accounting, AR/AP and Sales.

Core Tasks

  • Manage program related operations and budget before, during and after program delivery
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs following relevant standards, processes, and regulations
  • Manage program AR/AP Coordinate project management for both in-person, digital and hybrid learning programs
  • Provide sales management and CRM support for open enrollment programs
  • Provide administrative and office management support

Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:

  • 48 months of program development, program management or related experience. 

Equivalency Substitution:  Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail and standards for exceptional client experience
  • Executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders from senior positions
  • An understanding of accounting and budgets
  • Ability to support mulitple functions (program management, sales, admin support, etc)
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Able to effectively evaluate projects/ programs and produce comprehensive reports
  • Able to supervise staff and communicate directions and expectations effectively
  • Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives

  • None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to engage in repetitive motions and communicate well with others.

Departmental Preferences:

  • Master's degree in business or related field
  • Previous role supporting adult learning and development programs
  • PMI or related Certificate

Supervision: 1-5 Student employees or staff
