We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.

CPM has a job opportunity for Employer Services Center Supervisor.  Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervises, coaches and evaluates staff managing specialized caseloads relating to medical and child support enforcement issues for employers, insurance plan administrators and parents, as well as staff providing marketing and administrative support
  • Provides training and associated materials to staff in all program areas and in the delivery of quality customer service;
  • Monitors production and quality of customer transactions;
  • serves as subject matter expert to resolve complex inquires;
  • Performs quality analysis of and recommends improvements to delivery of services;
  • Monitors production and quality of customer transactions;
  • Assists Manager in the implementation of administrative and human resource functions and day-to-day operations;
  • Assists in development of program goals and objectives;
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

The Employer Services Center Supervisor must be able to focus on the customer; collaborate with others; establish effective professional relationships with internal and external customers that meet department core values; and demonstrate high integrity

This position requires a background check that involves a national search and fingerprint search to be eligible for employment. Results of the completed background check will be provided to the funding sponsor for their records.

 

Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor Degree, AND:

  • 12 months of related experience

Equivalency/Substitution:  Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong initiative to solve problems
  • Supervisor experience in customer service operations
  • Must be able to read and interpret policy as well as State and Federal regulations

Certifications:

  • None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to engage in repetitive motions. Finger dexterity required. Ability to communicate including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others orally Ability to work under pressure caused by deadlines and stressful situations. Ability to lift moderate objects up to 25 pounds

Departmental Preferences:

  • Experience working with public sector agencies
