Summary

As Senior Coordinator of Business Operations, this role will focus on project management in regards to the implementation of a new scheduling platform which will involve all departments in the college. The role will require someone who is organized, innovative and pays attention to detail. The role will also act as liaison between the departments, Baylor and the vendor involved in the project. 

 

The role will be involved in managing the relationships with all of our Patient Access Vendors including but not limited to AMBS, Televox, QGenda, TigerConnect and MyChart.

Job Duties

  • Creates process, training documentation and implementation plan for QGenda and HH Provider reporting project.
  • Implements QGenda workflow for Harris Health Provider time reporting.
  • Acts as primary contact & liaison between departments, Harris Health and QGenda. 
  • Provides and creates continuous project implementation status and presentations for Leadership.
  • Provides continuous Process Improvement as related to workflows.
  • Acts as subject matter expert and be the point person to answer any user questions.
  • Troubleshoots workflows with partner Hospital and vendor.
  • Audits HH providers and determine # of users to be added in QGenda.
  • Implements new Insight Platform (TBD based on HH reporting requirements)
  • Creates task names for each department.
  • Adds all user profiles.


 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Six years of relevant experience.
